I had to adapt my stove top pressure cooker recipes. I have cut down the amount of liquid that I add. I didn’t realize that the electric pressure cooker didn’t emit steam. It is so quiet!
I have found less liquid and a little more time gets the job done.
I think the 4 quart size is perfect for one person. I especially like to make the slow cooker porridge. I set the timer so that it is ready when I wake up in the morning. It is the perfect start on a cold Montana morning. Then I put together what I can find to make a soup and set the timer so I have dinner waiting. I would recommend this product.
This is a good pressure cooker. The lid can be a little tricky to manage, but I just need to slow down and pay attention and I can get it on.
My big regret is that I didn’t get the larger model. This feeds our family of 4, but I wish we had leftovers. Overall, I got what was advertised and I have no complaints.
The pressure cooker works fine. But the directions are real poor. I have no idea how to use the steamer.
