This Easy Rossa pressure cooker, made by Lagostina, is one of their safest pressure cookers. The handle on top is easy to open and close, but it snaps into place once it’s closed to ensure the pressure is contained while you are cooking. The handle and lid remain locked until the pressure cooker has released the pressure and steam to a point that it is safe to open the lid.
You have two cook settings to choose from - one for vegetables and one for meats.
This makes things simple; pressure cookers that have several different settings to choose from can sometimes make recipes more complicated than they need to be.
This pressure cooker cooks food evenly and fast. It works on most types of stoves, including induction, gas, ceramic, and electric.
